A user can log in and use the full range of features provided by Challo.

Challo provides users with the ability to share content, host meetings, chat, comment, and collaborate together.

Typically, a guest is someone who is outside of your organization and is not logged in, they attend meetings and view content, but have limited functionality in Challo.

A tenant is a collection of users that all belong to the same organisation or business.

The first user to sign up becomes an administrator of the tenant and can invite additional users to the tenant; up to the limit of the license.

Challo provides the capability to meet online using the application at any time. During a meeting, Users and guests can share voice, video, or their screen. Additionally, users can present content that has been connected or uploaded to Challo. Meetings provide HD video and audio from mobile, browser, or desktop application. Meetings also supports users connecting to meetings with traditional phones.

During a meeting Challo can dial out to someone’s phone number to join to the meeting using audio only.

During a meeting, participants can join from their mobile or web browsers, desktop application, or by dialling into the meeting using their telephone using the numbers provided when the meeting is set up.

Challo can record its meetings if the option is purchased.

Recording a meeting stores the voice and video into the Challo storage of the tenant.

Recordings can be downloaded.

The default behavior for recording can be set and overridden for individual meetings as required.

The transcription option allows Challo to transcribe the recording of a meeting into a text file.

The text files are then placed into Challo storage and are searchable content associated with an objective.

The virtual assistant is a component of Challo that allows automation of common tasks such as raising actions, adding content, and scheduling meetings.

Interact with the virtual assistant using an unique email address for each objective or initiative within Challo.

Unless the tenant is an enterprise account, it has a storage limit.

Content uploaded into or recorded by users count towards the total storage limit of the tenant.

Each user adds to the overall storage limit of the tenant; an individual user is not limited.

When the storage limit is exceeded, a warning is sent to the administrators of the tenant.

The Challo platform uses cloud storage for the content and metadata that is stored for each tenant and user.

This provides a default set of retention, encryption and access options.

Bring Your Own Storage allows a tenant to configure their own cloud storage with their own set of security and compliance rules.

The Challo virtual assistant sends and receives emails from a Challo email address.

Virtual Assistant Personalization allows the tenant to configure and manage an email address from their own organization to send and receive email, providing an added level of compliance and security suitable for Enterprise accounts.
