Receiving Challo notifications

The first time you log in, Challo asks you to Accept notifications.

Challo sends notifications to your desktop or mobile device when you are away from Challo.

The notifications Challo sends include the following:

  • Chat notifications from the following:
    • Channels
    • Direct chats
  • Track entry comments

Managing push notifications

You manage your push notifications from your profile —See: Updating your profile.

You can enable or disable the following push notifications:

  • For your desktop devices
  • For your mobile devices

Your profile specifies the default behaviour for notifications from the following events:

  • Notifications from the following:
    • Channels
    • Direct chats
  • Track entry comments

Allowing notifications after you block them

If you block desktop notifications from Challo, you can allow them in your browser settings.
