Depending on the nature of your support issue, the support team are likely to ask for the following items to help you with your issue—if you can, when provide the following information :

  • A description of the issue and context
  • How the issue is affecting you
  • Your expectation of the behavior
  • Steps to reproduce the issue
  • Screenshots, if your issue appears in the user interface.

Maximum size: 7MB.
Allowed file types: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .pdf, .txt, .csv, .xls, .xlsx, .doc, .docx, .zip.
