Office 365 suite configuration

When installation is completes, CafeX can perform the following:

  • Update Outlook calendar events with connection details for meetings you schedule.
  • Access teams and groups in your organization to associate them with your organization’s CafeX account.

Only a single client ID and secret for Microsoft applications is available for all users.

As a tenant’s administrator, to install CafeX:

  1. From your fast track menu, click Tenant Settings

  2. Click Office Suite
  3. In the Type drop down, choose Microsoft
  4. Click Install for Office 365
    • You see the following message if the the suite configuration is already complete:
      Microsoft Tenant Installed
  5. Follow the instructions on screen.
    CafeX requests application consent, for example:

  6. After integration configuration, Office Suite, shows: 

To verify the application privileges, see the Microsoft Azure documentation: Configure the way end-users consent to an application in Azure Active Directory.

To enable the application for you users,

  1. In Azure, visit the CafeX enterprise application properties
  2. Set enabled for users to sign-in? to Yes
  3. Set Visible to users? to Yes
  4. Click Save

If you do not want all users to see CafeX, specify individual users or groups.
