ご利用CafeXソフトウェアのサポートサービスについては「Software Support Services Agreeement」をご参照ください。また、その他サポート情報については https://support.cafex.com にて公開しております。



以下に「Software Support Services Agreement」に加えて日本国内ローカルのサポート情報を提供致します。 

Local language support 
日本語のサポートについてはメールによる受付・対応をしております。日本時間の通常営業時間(月曜日〜金曜日、9時〜17時 ※祝日除く)は support@cafex.com に日本語または英語でご連絡頂けます。 

お客様稼働中のシステムにシステムにサービス停止等重要な障害があった場合、緊急連絡用電話窓口にて受け付けております(※24h/7d、英語のみ)。日本からの緊急連絡は 006633813629 にお電話をお願いします。

Please refer to the following information regarding local support services in Japan

The paragraphs below provide information regarding local support for our customers in Japan, as specified in the Software Support Services Agreement. 

Local language support 
Japanese language email support will be provided at support@cafex.com during the normal local "Business Hours" from 9-5 JST, Monday through Friday. 

Emergency telephone support 
Local telephone contact to CafeX support for a critical problem with a production system will be provided 24x7, in English language only. In Japan, please dial 006633813629 to reach the CafeX emergency support center. 

Customer technical support contacts
Customer technical support contacts may include both end customer technical contacts, and also registered VAR/reseller technical contacts specified to support the end customer installation at the time of software purchase. 

Technical contact certification requirements
Technical contacts for support and maintenance services shall be customer or VAR registered contacts who have completed certification training provided by Rakuten Communications in Japan.
