Connecting your Google Drive and Calendar accounts to Challo

If you do not install the Google Suite integration for Challo, members of your organization have to connect their own Google Drive and Google Calendar accounts to use many of Challo features.

Without the Google Suite integration to Challo, the following features are limited:

  • Your organization is not going to have a Challo assistant.
  • If Challo email sends notifications to your members they originate from casper@cafex.com.

Enabling members to connect their Google Drive and Calendar accounts

To allow members to connect their Google Drive and Google Calendar accounts to Challo your tenant's administrator has to enable the Challo applications.

As a tenant's administrator:

  1. Click Tenant Settings > Applications
  2. Install the following applications:
    • Google Drive
    • Google Calendar
  3. Click Google Drive.
    1. Enable the application.
    2. Allow member accounts.
    3. Click Update.
  4. Click Google Calendar.
    1. Enable the application.
    2. Allow member accounts.
    3. Click Update.

Connecting your Google Drive account to Challo

To connect your Google Drive account to Challo,

  1. Open any Challo track.
  2. Click Add > Google Drive.
  3. Click Add account.
  4. Follow the instructions to connect to Challo.

Afterwards, you can reference files you store in Google Drive on Challo tracks.

Connecting your Google Calendar account to Challo

To connect your Google Calendar account to Challo,

  1. From the menu, click your Profile.
  2. Click Connect Google Calendar.
  3. Follow the instructions to connect to Challo.

Afterwards, your Challo home screen includes events from your Google Calendar.
